Let’s Get Started on How to Setup MaxCDN Correctly
Step-1. Login to 'MaxCDN Control Panel'.
Step-2. Once login to MaxCDN, go to top - right corner of admin panel and click on 'ZONES'.
Step-3. Click on 'Create Pull Zone'.
Step-4. Provide all required below information and click 'Create'.
A. Pull Zone Name: free form text.
B. Origin Server URL: your blog URL .
C. Label: free form text.
You should see confirmation message saying your pull zone creation is successful.
Step-5. Go to Settings Tab and enter 4 custom Domains. Mainly cdn.yourblog.com and same way cdn1, cdn2, cdn3. We need these custom domains for setting up WP Super Cache plugin correctly which we will look in below steps.
Step-6. Under Cache Setting Session set both values to 7 days.
Step-7. Under Origin Information Section Enable origin IP resolution and provide correct IP address from your cPanel dynamic/ static IP.
Step-8. Under Edge Setting option set option mentioned below.
Step-9. Go to cPanel -> Domains -> Advanced DNS Zone Editor.
Step-10. Add new CNAME zone records. Your CNAME value would the same which you got in above step-5.
Repeat the same step for cdn1, cdn2 and cdn3.
Step-11. Now open your WordPress Admin console and open WP Super Cache setting page. Go to CDN tab.

Automatic Installation

If you are experiencing this issue there is an extremely simple workaround.
Here is what you can do:
1] Right-click the "update now" link for the plugin and select 'Copy Link Address---' {the wording of this option may vary depending on the browser you're using}---------------
2]. Paste the link into your browser's address bar and hit enter.
3]. Wait for the plugin to update.
Manual Installation
After purchasing MemberPress you can login to MemberPress.com and download the zip file for the plugin. If for some reason you are unable to automatically install (instructions above) the plugin, you can follow these instructions to manually install the plugin using FTP.
1]. Extract the memberpress.zip file you downloaded earlier, somewhere on your computer.
2]. If you are unsure how to connect to your site using FTP, contact your web host for instructions.
3]. Using your favorite FTP Client (FileZilla is our favorite), connect to your website server.
4]. Copy the extracted /memberpress/ directory from your computer to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory on the remote server.
5]. There are a lot of files so give it some time to complete.
6]. Once it's done, login to your WordPress dashboard.
7]. Head to Plugins page and click "Activate" below the MemberPress plugin.

Note:
A common mistake made here is extracting and uploading the plugin with too many folders. The final directory structure should be /wp-content/plugins/memberpress/...files in here. Some users will accidentally install it with an extra memberpress folder like /wp-content/plugins/memberpress/memberpress/...files in here. How To Configure W3 Total Cache
The setup options in W3 Total Cache are much more advanced than those in WP Super Cache. But don’t get confused! I’ll show you how I’ve set it up on my blog, and you can review and copy the settings for your own site. Once you have installed and activated W3 Total Cache, go to Performance > General and enable everything you want to cache. Later on, you can make changes to individual settings and fine tune your W3TC configuration.
When you are done, click on 'Save all settings'.
After making changes, click on “Preview” to check if everything is OK. If everything looks good, click on “Deploy” to make these settings live.

By default, all of the essential settings are checked. Review them, and move on to the next setting.
All of the settings in 'Minify' are also plug and play. But if you are not using a CDN, you might want to disable 'Automatically upload modified files.'
One cool thing about W3 Total Cache is the support for extensions. It offers extensions for a few popular WordPress plugins & themes such as Yoast SEO, Genesis, CloudFlare & Feedburner.
How To Uninstall W3 Total Cache WordPress Plugin
At times, due to hosting compatibility issues or non-compatibility with other plugins, W3 Total Cache can act weird. In these instances, it’s important to uninstall W3 Total Cache to make sure it’s not creating issues. It’s also important to uninstall it correctly, or you will have even more issues in the future. sometimes, W3 Total Cache interacts strangely with another current plugin, and you might get weird issues like 404 errors or your entire blog might be redirected to Install.php. A possible solution to this problem is to uninstall W3 Total Cache.
Here’s a quick tutorial on how you can remove the W3 Total Cache plugin manually.
First, delete all cache and deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin.
Delete the W3 Total Cache plugin from the Wp-content/plugins folder.
Remove this line from Wp-config file – (define(‘WP_CACHE’, true) )
Delete advanced-cache.php, db.php, wp-total-cache-config.php, and delete the entire w3tc folder from the Wp-content folder.
Check the .htaccess file; if you see any code added by W3 Total Cache, remove it.
Many options in this plugin are plug and play. If you follow this tutorial, you should have no problems setting it up.
Using a cache plugin in addition to a CDN will help dramatically decrease the load time of your website. And a faster site means a better ranking and a better user experience. If you aren’t caching and using a CDN, you need to start doing that today.
